Mindset Medicine is a 6 module course of mindset shifts designed to help you incorporate life-long, healthy lifestyle habits into your everyday life. 

Change starts in the mind. If you struggle to stay consistent with healthy lifestyle habits, this course was made for you. Mindset Medicine is designed to walk you through the process of harnessing the power of your mind, to take control of your health.

Using a combination of evidence-based, psychology practices and step-by-step implementation of healthy lifestyle habits, this course is designed to help you change how you live your day-to-day life. You get to choose what your version of health looks & feels like, and then begin taking the actions to move into that version of yourself, at a pace that works best for you & your life. 

In this course, you will shift your mindset to be supportive toward the health changes you want to be living, and you will be taking action toward life-changing health habits.

ABOUT THE WORKBOOK

The workbook guides you through the teachings of each module video with the intention of helping you take action on what you have learned. Each activity has individual sections for 3 major areas:

        3. Mindfulness/ Stress Management

Working one-on-one with Dr. Amber throughout this process can also help you set additional goals that are personalized to your health needs. This may include obstacles to reaching your goals such as hormonal, metabolic, mental health, digestive concerns, and more.

MEET THE AUTHOR

Hi! I’m Amber, the founder and naturopathic doctor behind Mindset Medicine. Mindset Medicine was born from seeing a need to support patients more directly with turning healthy lifestyle patterns into habits that fit into their lives. Creating a course made the mindset shifts and teachings I was using more affordable and accessible to individuals across the globe. 

I continue to use Mindset Medicine in my own life, every 4 months I enjoy returning to the practices in the workbook to maintain my personal health practices and goals. 

Whether you are a seasoned health expert, or totally new to a healthy lifestyle, this course contains mindset shifts to help you stay consistent with the health practices that make you THRIVE!
