You have lifetime access to the Mindset Medicine course content on amberknott.com, and to the private Facebook community. The one-on-one consultations, included with the purchase of the Wellness Package, are to be scheduled and completed within 1 year of purchase. After 1 year has passed, if the consultations have not been utilized, they have expired and regular consultation fees will apply.
All goods sold by us are charged in Canadian dollars. You will be charged Goods and Services Taxes based on where you are located in the world.
Refund Policy: If you work through the first few modules of the course and are not totally happy with it, then we will refund your money. Unless stated otherwise, Mindset Medicine has a 7-day money back guarantee and refund period.
It is preferred that you demonstrate that you have participated in the course by accessing the course content and viewing the community forum before requesting a cancellation or refund. A change of mind does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation or request for refund. In very rare circumstances, due to the processing of your refund, we may also charge an admin fee at our discretion.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing via email within the defined refund period as outlined above, to billing@amberknott.com.
If you receive your money back, you must delete every copy of the product that you have downloaded and that is in your possession.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your money within two weeks of notice to us and the entitlement arising.
Your refund will be paid in the currency in which it was received by us. If you paid in a currency other than Canadian dollars, you are liable for the costs of exchange.
