Initial consultations are 90 minutes, where we start with discussing your health concerns, and proceed to discuss all areas of your health. All body systems, your lifestyle, and every aspect of your life experience plays a role in your physical, mental and emotional health. To determine the root cause of your symptoms, and provide optimal care, Dr. Amber needs to understand how all of your body systems are functioning.

Together, you and Dr. Amber will create health goals and a personalized path to reach these goals. Follow up visits vary in length, depending on patient needs, and these appointments allow us to monitor progress outcomes and adjust recommendations as necessary.

My style of practice focuses on supporting the body back to optimal function. This starts with finding and removing the root cause of your symptoms, using minimal supportive therapies to bring your body back to optimal function, and using the foundations of health, including personalized lifestyle approaches, to maintain health and prevent disease.
