Lifestyle habits is the base of all health, when trying to support patients in changing how they lived I found most individuals struggled greatly to stay consistent and create the change they wanted, myself included! I saw a need to help patients prioritize healthy lifestyle habits but their mind was getting in their way. And so Mindset Medicine was born.
